Golf Club Benchmarks

By checking this box, Greenlight Advisors Inc. ("Recipient") and Golf Club Benchmarks Participant ("Disclosing Party") agree to abide by the following confidentiality agreement. The two parties agree to enter into this agreement to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.

Obligations of Recipient. Recipient shall hold and maintain the confidential information in strictest confidence. Recipient shall carefully restrict access to Confidential Information to employees, contractors and third parties as is reasonably required and shall require those persons to sign nondisclosure restrictions at least as protective as those in this Agreement. Exclusions from Confidential Information. Recipient's obligations under this Agreement do not extend to information that is publicly known or publicly available and disclosing party hereby permits the use of branding and logo by Greenlight Advisors for purposes of marketing of services.
